This face covering is reusable and should be washed after every use.
Supplied with two removable filters that can also be washed and reused.
Please note: These are non-medical face coverings and should not be used in replacement or substitute of PPE. Wearing a face covering does not protect you from the transmission of disease or infection. Remember to wash your hands frequently and follow the care instructions for removal and washing.
This face covering is not suitable for any person who has trouble breathing and it is not suitable for any person who is unable to remove it without assistance.
For hygiene reasons, face coverings can only be returned if found to be faulty upon receipt.

HOW TO USE:
- Please wash before first use.
- Make sure your face covering fits snugly around your nose.
- Adjust the ear loops to ensure a close fit.
- Try not to touch your face covering while you’re wearing it.
- Use the ear loops to remove your face covering.
- After wearing, place your face covering into a washing machine immediately, or a receptacle to await washing.
- Wash your hands immediately after handling your used face covering.
- Machine wash at 60 degrees.
- Stop using this face covering immediately if it becomes worn or damaged.

Returns are FREE in the UK with a return label included in your parcel.
We will accept returns until the end of January 2021 so that items bought for Christmas can be returned.
We are only able to offer exchanges of ‘like for like’ items in the instance where the product is damaged or faulty.
We advise that when making a return, that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office so that we can track this. From the day that you make the return, it will take up to two weeks for this to arrive back at our warehouse and to go through our returns process, with a further 3-5 working days for the refund/exchange to be issued to you.
