    We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and standard UK delivery is normally 3-5 working days, starting from the next working day after you place your order.

    All orders for Channel Islands and Isle of Man - £3.95

    All EU orders are £7.50 and Rest of World is £15.

    Next Working Day Delivery

    For UK mainland only £7.50

    Order by 1pm Monday-Friday for delivery the next working day.  Please note weekends and bank holidays are not considered working days, so orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday using the Next Working Day service will be delivered on Tuesday.

    We are NOT able to offer a Next Day Delivery service for the following areas/postcodes in the United Kingdom however if you select this option you will still be charged.

    If you are unsure whether your postcode is in an area where Next Day Delivery is unavailable, please contact the Customer Service Team on 01725 513212 or via shop@helpforheroes.org.uk before placing your order. 

    Next Working Day Delivery orders will be sent via DPD Local and must be signed for, unless instructions are received to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.  If the courier is unable to deliver as no one is available to sign for the parcel, or alternative instructions have not been given, we will be unable to refund the additional cost of postage.

    International Deliveries

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, for example, golf umbrellas, Christmas crackers and dog cushions. If you order Products from our site for international delivery, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the UK. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

    Please note we are unable to guarantee the delivery timeframe for international orders.  We send either via Interlink Express or Royal Mail depending on the weight, size and value of the parcel who will pass on to a local carrier in the country.  On average EU orders take between 1-2 weeks and Rest of World orders take between 2-4 weeks.

    Delivery Options

    Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. All parcels containing alcohol gifts will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to United Kingdom addresses only, regardless of the value of the order, and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18. For all other deliveries in the United Kingdom, if the value of your order is £20 or more, we will arrange for delivery by courier, otherwise parcels will be sent via Royal Mail. For international deliveries, parcels may be sent by courier or Royal Mail, depending on the weight and size of the parcel and the location of the delivery.

    Ordering for deliveries to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) 

    If you are serving or on operations abroad then your order will need to be sent to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address. To ensure safe delivery these addresses must be input at the checkout in a specific format using the postcode look up function.

    First name & Last name: please do not include your service number or rank in these field as they will be input later.

    Please use the postcode finder by inputting the postcode that relates to your BFPO number, or type your BFPO number into the Postcode field for a drop down list. For a list of BFPO locations and their corresponding postcodes please click here (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/british-forces-post-office-locations). This will populate some address fields, but to ensure it reaches the recipient you will then need to manually type in the below information.
