Delivery
DELIVERY:
Standard UK delivery for non-print on demand items is 3-5 working days, starting from the next working day after you place your order.
Print on demand items will take slightly longer at 7-10 working days, as they need to be produced after the order is placed.
There may still be slight delays in some areas of the country, so please wait 10 working days (14 for print on demand) for your parcel to arrive before contacting us.
Standard UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail
Print on demand deliveries are made by couriers employed by the printing companies, primarily Amazon Shipping.

International: Please note that we can only ship to International destinations outside of Europe at the present time.

Delivery charges:
Standard Delivery
Orders up to £40 (UK mainland and Northern Ireland) - £3.95
Orders £40 and over (UK mainland and Northern Ireland only) - Free
All orders for Channel Islands and Isle of Man - £3.95
Rest of World (Non-EU) - £20.
UK Express Delivery (aims to deliver within 2 working days for orders placed before 1pm)
For UK mainland - £7.50
Uses Royal Mail 24 tracked service. Order by 1pm Monday-Friday for delivery aim of within 2 working days. A very high percentage of these deliveries are achieved to most areas of the UK mainland the next working day but this is not guaranteed.
Please note weekends and bank holidays are not considered working days, so orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will not arrive until earliest, the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday using the UK Express service will aim to be delivered by close of the following Tuesday.
Royal Mail are NOT able to offer this service in the United Kingdom for any postcodes starting with BT*, KW*, GY*, IM*, ZE*, PH*, PA*, JE*. However, if you select this option you will still be charged.

If we are unable to deliver, a card will be left and the parcel returned to the delivery office for collection or left with a neighbour. We will be unable to refund the additional cost of postage.
International Deliveries
If you order Products from our site for international delivery, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the UK. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please note we are unable to guarantee the delivery time frame for international orders. We send either via Fed-Ex or Royal Mail Tracked, who may pass on to a local carrier in the destination country. International deliveries are currently taking 2-4 weeks to arrive.
How your delivery will arrive
Delivery will be to the address specified on your order.
Courier messages and the shipping label on your parcel will not mention Help for Heroes.
The sender will be the name of our warehousing partners Mosaic Fulfilment or Elovate, or for print on demand items, the name of the printing company.
Royal Mail "24 Hour / 48 Hour" services mentioned below are their delivery time aims, not guarantees.
UK standard parcel orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked service.
UK Express parcel orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked service.
UK orders containing alcohol gifts will be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, regardless of the value of the order, and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18.
Ordering for deliveries to British Forces Post Office (BFPO)
If you are serving or on operations abroad then your order will need to be sent to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address.
To ensure safe delivery these addresses must be input at the checkout in a specific format using the postcode look up function.
- First name & Last name: please do not include your service number or rank in these field as they will be input later.
- Please use the postcode finder by inputting the postcode that relates to your BFPO number, or type your BFPO number into the Postcode field for a drop down list. For a list of BFPO locations and their corresponding postcodes please click here (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/british-forces-post-office-locations). This will populate some address fields, but to ensure it reaches the recipient you will then need to manually type in the below information.

If you have any issues inputting a BFPO address please contact Customer Service before placing your order. Any addresses input incorrectly will still be dispatched and may become lost in post.
