As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to present challenges, we want to assure you that we are absolutely committed to supporting the ongoing recovery journeys of our wounded, injured and sick, and their families.
Our teams are working hard to adapt our services in response to Coronavirus. All while keeping our beneficiaries, volunteers, supporters, colleagues and partners, safe. We are closely following Government and NHS advice, and continually reviewing our plan. We are also developing resources to support our beneficiaries remotely, via Skype, phone and virtual events.
The Help for Heroes Shop remains ‘open’ and we thank you for your continued custom. Every purchase continues to help those veterans and families we care about.
Our warehouse operation is taking additional precautions to protect the staff including regular cleaning, increased distancing between staff and any staff from high risk groups have been moved to working from home. As a result of this deliveries may take a little longer at the moment – between 5-7 days.
Also, we have had to suspend our Next Day Service. Also due to the uncertainty in other countries around the world we have suspended our International delivery service for the time being. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our delivery partners of Royal Mail and DPD continue to deliver but customers are now not expected to sign for deliveries on hand-held devices.
We have extended our returns period to 3 months to allow for the current situation. Please note that refunds may take a bit longer to process than usual.
