    1. The Help for Heroes Shop Hoody Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except Help for Heroes employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
    2.  The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
    3.  All entries must be submitted via the Help for Heroes Shop Refer-A-Friend Scheme. To enter the prize draw you must refer a friend via the Refer-A-Friend Scheme; the more shares, the more chances you have of winning a free Endurance Hoody worth £45. The competition winner will be selected based on the number of shares they’ve made over the time of the promotion and the winner will be notified via email after the closing date. By referring a friend, the referrer gives their friend a 10% off code to spend in the Help for Heroes online Shop. Once the 10% code has been redeemed, the referrer will also receive a 10% off code to spend in the Help for Heroes online shop.
    4. By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Help for Heroes reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
    5. The opening date for entries is at 9am on Friday 26 March 2021. The closing date for entries is Midnight on Friday 6th April 2021. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
    6. Help for Heroes accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
    7. There will be one competition winner (the individual with the most shares). If there is more than one individual with the same number of shares, a winner will be chosen by random draw, supervised by an independent person, on Monday 12th April 2021.
    8. The prize is as follows: One Endurance Hoody worth £45.
    9. The winner will be notified via email on Monday 12th April 2021 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. Please note the prize can only be posted to a UK postal address. If the winners do not respond to Help for Heroes within 24 hours of being notified that they have won a prize, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Help for Heroes will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
    10. The prize will be sent to the winner within 7 days of being notified of their win, providing the winners responds within 24 hours to the email from Help for Heroes notifying them they have won.
    11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
    12. The decision of Help for Heroes regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    13. Help for Heroes reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the social give away where it becomes necessary to do so.
    14. Insofar as is permitted by the law, Help for Heroes will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prizes, except where it is caused by the negligence of Help for Heroes, its agents or distributers or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the competition, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
